Our promise

We at IT BOX work hard every day to enrich the lives of our customers through technology, whether you come to us online, or order by telephone, and you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, let us help you with a replacement, return or repair.

Return and exchange periods:

You may return any item purchased on within a 30 day period from the date you received the item. For faster return processing, please gather your receipt, the credit card used to make your purchase, and the date you received the item.

If you want to return or exchange your purchase, please know that the time period begins the day you receive your product and applies to new, clearance, open-box, refurbished and pre-owned products.

How to return an item:

To request a refund, please send an email to with your order number in the subject line. A sales representative will advise of your return eligibility and/or any additional action(s) that needs to be taken. You may then be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number that will be emailed to you with further instructions.

Second Option is to gather the purchases you want to return, along with the original contents and packaging, call our Returns Center at 1-833-GOITBOX (1-833-464-8269) and an RMA# (Returns Merchandise Authorization) will be given to you by a representative or emailed to you with further instructions

Return by mail via carrier of your choice

If you received a packing slip, place the return form portion of it in the box with your return. If you did not receive a packing slip, you may get a pre-populated return form by looking up your order. If you can't locate your order, print a blank return form and fill it out. Then, place the completed form in the box with your return. Put the return label on the package, add postage and mail it via the carrier of your choice.

Refund/Return Procedure

Please ship Products in its original packaging back to IT BOX with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the shipping carton. Also include the packing slip and a copy of the order in the package. Packages without a valid RMA number may be refused and will be returned at your expense. The RMA expires after 20 days, so please be sure to ship the product within 20 days of receiving your RMA, otherwise it may be refused. Additional Product return instructions may be required.

Refund method and timing:

With a few exceptions, we will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them. If you prefer, you can make an exchange for the same item.

Return shipping fees

If you return an item and the reason for return is not a result of a IT BOX error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the return is the result of a IT BOX error, we'll refund return shipping costs as well.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please return it during your return and exchange time period to the IT BOX Returns Center and we'll arrange for a replacement or refund. If you would rather return the item by mail during your return and exchange time period, please call us for special instructions at 1-833-GOITBOX (1-833-464-8269). We will cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees.
